Interest rates
Stop adding interest to my account, you are aware tht I dnt use tht card but you keep adding interest
I will only pay from the day I stopped using it, all this interest I won't pay
How many times did I asked this account to be stopped so tht I can pay but no you keep adding Interest

I had a look on your account and can see that no interest was charged, only your monthly account fees have been going off which is still valid regardless if the account is used or not.
Regarding your account closure request, I can see that you were referred to the Discovery Bank website to close your account, did you follow the steps provided?

I had a look on your account and can see that no interest was charged, only your monthly account fees have been going off which is still valid regardless if the account is used or not.
