Interest levied on c/card - assumed withdrawal

- Discovery cc have charged me interest on my account due to a transaction that was supposedly processed as a withdrawal even though it was a normal credit card transaction. <br> <br> I have previously used this same foreign currency service using another cc and there was no saswitch fee charged nor was it viewed as a withdrawal. <br> <br> It seems as though discovery card conveniently adjudicate the transaction as a withdrawal and charge more fees for their convenience even though the forex transaction was not done through discovery.<br> <br> - The credit card slip received from the transaction was no different to any other credit card transaction slip. No one informed me that there would be these additional fees which i feel is extremely unfair as i had spoke to both discovery card and fnb card for authorisation.<br> <br> - My discussions with the call centre agents were very confusing as i got different stories each time as well as confirmation that they agree with me and would try and have the interest reversed however I then got an e-mail from a person stating it would not be reversed<br> <br> - I do not pay interest on my credit card however now am being charged interest unfairly and incorrectly (*****)
