Interest Incorrectly Charged

My credit card account is set up to pay in full by debit order, yet on my last statement I have been charged interest on both 4 August and an interest adjustment backdated to 4 July. Both these entries total R1,005.81 which I want reversed immediately.

I did call your telephonic support line a week ago, and I was told that you were aware of this issue and that it would be reversed. How long will this take?

You need to fix your systems as this is actually ridiculous!!
