Hi

I made a payment of R748 thereafter only R404 was available and today after the bank deductions only R30 is available. please explain why I paid 748 and only 30 is left over. On my next installment of 748.50, will I only have R30 available again.

I can't understand why of the 748 paid on the 7th June only R30 goes towards my credit.

I've called the call centre many times. No one can assist me. I've emailed and have no feedback.

Please help me understand. Thank you
