I had already share my experience with discovery bank , the policy already phone me and said the bank must give my money back it was definitely a inside job am now 20byears by absa and till mow I did not have any of this problems,Discovery bank deliver my card off because I know they give you lot of discounts and I have more money in us my budget but on the 24 December, I saw on my phone discovery ***** unit and they work so Profesional know my name and said Mr Cilliers there is activities going on in my account, he knows my how much money is in my account and in the back of my head I know this is the real people because it show discovery ***** unit, they know my name and surname and how much I have in my account ,we immediately contact the ***** unit from Discovery,we got a ref nr there,really discovery give me not once a warning sign.that money is going threw my account and that was strange from them , because Absa should warned me immediately and all the transactions which was going threw my account was not one warning me that money is going out of my account, the police of Alberton said also it's a inside job and discovery must pay my money back,it happen on the 24 December 2024 and we stand now by 28 January 2025 , and really the police phone me 2 times, I don't no which sort of ***** unit you got but the work is not done and I am waiting for my money to be back in my account and I won't make my new card active before you put all my money back, this is really bad service and I must every time put a effort from my side, because discovery is really poor or don't have experience, I have 25 police service and know from one deal to a other deal, but just nothing come from their side how are they training? They coming to my wrong side and will say just take you stuff and get out of my life,I need money but they don't think, just put my money back with my arrears, interested, I can't wait longer that's why I put a review in let all the customers of Discovery can see how long take Discovery just to sort this out, the police is even faster, I did not have a call from them, really what call you the Discovery a pain in a ass, just begin to spread the news let they put the right people in by their investigation of their *****, bring our old guys back year 1982 and up , but I begin to get the big boss nl Ransom to have a talk to him I'm fed up,Can't your people shake them up for any news or just wake up there's a calk thanks
