Insane charges and security not tight

Received a number of a person claiming to be working from their ***** department saying someone was using my account in Phoenix they said they made a purchase at woolworths and Uber eats and I must verify my details. I was at a funeral parlour choosing a casket for my father imagine Luckily I hanged up only to later discover that the person was a ****mer self

Ridiculous bank charges as well. Paying 350 for a transactional account that you hardly use is insane
