Inertia Selling! - Beware

I app**** for a Platinum credit card yesterday, I was declined, this morning I receive notification that a DEBIT card will be delivered to me later today. I NEVER app**** for a debit card...., this is "inertia" selling and it is *******. Wells Fargo bank in the US did it years ago and heads rolled because of it. This is unacceptable business practice, I will NOT accept the card or any charges associated with it!
