Incorrect interest charges | No resolution
I have been debited for interest in April & May despite paying the full amount on the due date. I have called to query this and was told: "there was a system problem affecting many clients" on asking when I can expect to receive a credit I was told they are "working on the problem". UNACCEPTABLE!!!
