Incorrect flagging as missed debit order
My Discovery Credit card was in credit. Outstanding amount was settled in full (Actually extra amount was paid into the account on the 03 January 2018) resulting in a credit amount. Discovery Card however did not run the monthly debit order as the account was in credit, yet still flagged me as "Minimum Payment Missed But Not Yet P1d". This flagged me as if I missed the debit order.

Our system unfortunately had an error which resulted in your debit order not being requested. This has since been rectified and the error is no longer showing. I have sent you a letter which you may use if there are any adverse consequences to your credit record.
