Inconsiderate to the client needs. Does Not deserve any star !!!

Had my cr cards blocked for fica. Took almost a week to resolve after submitting requested documents. Was stranded while on holiday without a credit card. Escalated the problem but with nobody to care or to resolve my problem with any urgency. That's is why we sometimes need human interaction in a physical branch where PEOPLE can understand the urgency of the matter. Ruined our trip and they just hid in the digital spectrum without any compassion !!!
