Worst service ever. I phoned in on Thursday regarding access to my notice deposit account. I needed the funds for this Saturday. I know there will be a fee for releasing funds early. Discovery was unable to assist, you keep escalating my issue to no resolution. Needless to say, the saturday that I'm supposed to have the funds, you guys tell me the relevant people are not at work. I hate this bank and will be closing that account and moving my salary to FNB.
