Incompetency of Discovery Bank.

I opened a new account with discovery. I captured my adres, sended so many proof of residence and still they lock my account and its still locked till today. What a way to go Discovery. Im closig my account for good this is the worst bank possible. I also phoned them and a lady helped me and she said the Affidavit i sended is 100% correct and they will open my acc in 48\ H and its almost 2 weeks later and my account is still locked. Wow.. Pathetic if u ask me. Receive almost 9 to 10 smses a day and i upload documents everytime but nothing happens!!! No Thank u. Thanx for nothing Discovery
