Incompetencent service

I am not happy with service received FROM Discovery for the past 5 years now... I have been a loyal customer but when my account was hacked Discovery failed to get my money back and took a whole month with poor service received from the ***** departments - this bank is just a waste of time I'd rather switch to a better bank. They only focus on insurance more then banking rather stick with the normal banks we know I will be switching banks due to this and would not recommend anyone to use Discovery as a Bank!!!
