Incompetence reigns.
Discovery Bank uses DSV to deliver cards. It turns out that DSV are incapable of following basic instructions. When I tried to complain to Discovery Bank about this using the email address they give for complaints I got a response saying that the complaints email address is not for complaints.

And the customer service line, when someone bothers to answer, doesn't provide customer service. What they provide is lies that they will provide service? But then Shattuck don't bother to do what they said they would.
