In Breach of FICA act, beware!!!!!! *********** Managers and staff

Discovery Bank has failed to provide timely assistance in resolving my matter. The management team has shown a lack of competence and disregard for both timeframes and established policies and procedures. I have explained clearly to the individual handling my case that my poor credit rating—caused by Discovery Bank’s actions—has resulted in car rental companies refusing to enter into agreements with me. Instead of offering a solution, he dismissed my concerns as incorrect yet could not advise where I would be able to successfully rent a vehicle. This demonstrates not only a lack of accountability but also a serious breach of the FICA Act, reflecting a concerning lack of understanding of its requirements. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable and continues to cause me significant financial and personal harm.
