In app application flaw.

I have been trying to apply for a credit card since August in order to access some of the benefits offered by Discovery Vitality. The bank is able to run a credit check, give a credit limit but can't remove a "block" on my ID number. I have been to the DHA and was advised that there is no block on their end. This is only a Discovery Bank issue as no other bank has this issue.
