Impossible to get through to Discovery Credit Card call centre.

I tried phoning Discovery Credit Card last week. After waiting 42 minutes, I got cut off. I phoned again and this time the lady who answered took my contact details and told me someone would phone me back. That never happened. I wanted to block a stop order going off my account. I will try phone again today.
