IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY CONSULTANT TO SOLVE A QUERY - STAY AWAY

Discovery Bank is great, until there is a system issue then it's impossible to get an issue resolved. Many many phone calls & 10 reference numbers later it's still impossible to get my issue resolved and worst of it all, you can't speak to the person that is actually dealing with the issue.

Issue: To get to all their wonderful advertised discounts you need to be on a diamond vitality money status. My debt ring was then not updated in March to get to diamond, I called them the first time on the 28th of March, I have since called daily and spoke to more than 10 consultants to get something very simple done. UPDATE MY DEBT INFORMATION. I have sent them the experian report (that they are suppose to use) for March 2 weeks ago but still it's impossible for them to do something as simple as reading the report and updating my information for March. GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER. Don't trust them with all their discount promises because as soon as they owe you something they will ignore you until you give up. Every day I spoke to a consultant that said "I give you my word I will get this resolved" and then nothing, next day same thing. What kind of consultants are working there? AND HOW is it possible that I can't speak to the person dealing with the query? Absolutely ridiculous service to a client that has all 5 your products.

Will sit with my advisor to reassess, would be foolish to trust you with something more serious one day if you can't just update a simple credit report.
