Impossible to close accounts but fees keep accumulating.

I don't like to write negative reviews but now I'm forced by Discovery bank. Despite my attempt to close me cheque accounts i never been successful and i reached a point where i just stopped using the bank entirely then after a long time i login and find that all the Cheque are dwelling deep in debt currently running at +R3000 and i will never pay them since i have attempted to get them closed a long time ago. The other thing that I have noticed is that the account are restricted from transaction due to fica but still the charges are still added. I Don't know if the charges will keep growing or how because I'm also not gonna verify the Fica. I just want my entire profile to be determined. My ID number ***, if there are certain information that will be required can call me to my number or use email on my profile.
