Impossible to close account

I've tried from 14 January 2018 to close my account. It is impossible. Each month they keep on deducting fees from my bank account. I've written the letters they requested. Every time they ask me questions I don't understand and refuse to help me close the account. The credit card is fully paid up and I just want to close it now. They cannot help me to do just that.

We do require you to complete the Account Closure form and email it back to us before we can close your Discovery Card account.

I have resend the Account Closure form now, we’ve also emailed you the Account Closure form on 18/01/2018 and again on 12/02/2018.
