Impossible to close account
I have been trying to close my account since 1 August but it seems impossible. I have logged 4 calls with ref numbers *** (01 Aug), *** (08 Aug), *** (12 Aug) and *** (22 Aug) yet my account is still open and again I will be charged for bank costs.
