Impossible to change surname

I have sent 2 emails with my certified copies of ID and marriage certificate. I need to change my surname before you send me a new credit card. I have even gone to your website and received the OTP to change my surname, attached the ID and marriage certificate and received a confirmation that my details were changed but the change did not take effect. Call your card division, apparently I failed a security check with the false data you have on record, agent placed me on hold forever and then I spoke to the most unhelpful manager Patcinda. She eventually dropped the call on me. Called back again and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful agent. Hopefully my surname gets changed and you are able to send me my new card in time for my vacation next month. I need the surname on my credit card to match the ID and driver's license as I will be hiring a car during my vacation. And I booked flights using the discovery credit card which I need to produce when checking in for my flight. Can someone ensure that my query is resolved.
