Imbezeling funds all banks

They do not deserve a rating. Discovery bank is with holding funds I need for my wifes medication. Because of a hold on my account from capitec bank, the matter was resolved, but they refuse to remove the hold, nor give me my funds. The banks in this country are imbezeling all our money, by investing it somewhere else so they can profit from it. They are the biggest *****sters in the country but they dont get shut down nor are their accounts being placed on hold. But we as citizens, we must pay the price for their ******** activities.
