ID ruled out
I was interested in this banks services. Only to find out once I had signed up on the app that their application process rules out everyone who does not have a smart ID or passport. I was under the impression that green bar coded ID's are still valid forms of identification 🤦🏾♂️

Our system is linked to the Department of Home Affairs and unfortunately the DHA did not respond to the selfie taken which means we need additional identity documents such as your drivers license or passport.
