I wish I read Hellopeter before moving to Discovery Ban****! Terrible!!!!

They are so eager to move you over from the Discovery Credit Card with FNB to their Discovery Bank, constantly sending you emails and updates. They even delivered my new DB credit card within 1 week of applying. But then they deducted my FULL outstanding amount on your card from my FNB cheque account even though I paid and cleared funds same day to cover the installment to avoid exactly this from happening!!! The debit order was done 3 days ago already and the money is still not reflecting anywhere! Which means my FNB account is now, over month end with debit orders going off, is such a negative I cannot even afford to buy more airtime to hold on the line due to their so called busy lines.

There is also no email address to try get hold of someone although I highly doubt they would even respond!

I have been with Discovery for years now and used to try do as much as possible through them. Well that has now changed and I will advise everyone possible to not move to Discovery Bank!

DB, you do not even deserve this 1 star!!!
