I had a amount of 7500 on my account when I withdraw that money the balance was still the same 7500 after withdrawal of 6000. I called more then 5 times to Check why the balance is still 7500 after I ha e withdrawal the amount. I called and was told that I have negative balance of 4000 which I don't know how on earth because there was a glitch on they side aftr calling more then 5 times they telling me that I won't get my money back Today I had my salary deposited on the account they telling me that I I have to pay that negative balance of 4000. Yet after withdrawal of 6000. The amount didnt move still remained 6000 for more then two days. I'm very disappointed about this company. Lack of trust now I don't have food. I live alone I have no family. Trusting you guys was very wrong they told me that my 1650 I won't get it because I ha e negative balance I spoke to one of the managers but still she was rude to me.
