I REGRET THE DAY I SIGNED UP WITH DISCOVERY.

This bank is a ****. I asked them to close a credit card that was never in use, it was not even over a month since I asked for this card to the closed and 3 months later I have accumulated charges on the same card that I asked to close and was never in use. I called the bank more than 3 times to get this rectified and still no resolution.

I even asked them to close another cheque ACC and that too is still active and accumulating charges.

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FINANCIAL WELL-BEING!!!

I am even cancelling my life covers and everything else.
