I need my account back

Discovery locked my account since February, they said they locked it because I have negative in my main account but I told them to transfer the money from my another account to my main account to fill the negative balance but they are not doing it. I don't have access to my account, they told me to deposit funds in to my main account but the other account in my Discovery have money, what a useless bank
