I left Discovery Bank

I left Discovery Bank as they could not solve simple process issues that other Banks don't even have. So much time wasted talking to their call center which is not the experience I wanted. In contrast, my free bank in the UK offered a far superior service and I never had to call or complain once in 9 years.
