I can't close my account

Reference no: *** 26/9/2017: I contact them to close my credit card account. Was informed to pay R551.51. Paid same day. Not informed that i must close the card protection. 03/10/2017 @ 14:15: pay R155.24 as I have card protection on the card. Paid same day. Not informed that I must close the card protection. They will do it. 12/10/2017: Nella Yonella - will cancel the card protection 16/10 & 2/11: phoned and was given the same info - card protection not canceled. Blain and Mothoko promised to assist me and I received form which i completed form 2/11 and sent it to Anthony. should be closed in a week. 5/12@9:50: Segmotso: will close account will be done in a week. 28/12: statement I own them R102.50 4/1/208: they tried to call me but i wasn't available. i must pay R44.92 then they will be kind enough to close the account!!!!

BE WARNED DISCOVERY CARD DOES NOT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT UNLESS THEY POCKET EXTRA MONEY!!!!!
