Huge error opening a "Platinum Account"

Opened an account new beginning. Just got a new job thought that I would use Discovery as my new beginning. There offers sounds so nice all the discounts ect. Must be very honest there delivery service is top notch but that is where it ends. I had to make a few transfers on Thursday one for a guy that had to go home over the weekend up until today the funds are still not in his account. What an embarassment for me........ Other than that if you do not have a suite account dont open an account because you do not get any savings whatsoever. Big waste of time rather stick with Capitec no issues on that side.
