Horrible service

The only reason I gave a star is because I wanted to write a review you don't deserve it. I have been sending email to your complaint team and that automated AI email is giving me a number to call , I am partially deaf , I am hard of hearing that is why I am sending an email to get assistance. I have tried to log a complaint , still the AI automated line said that the platform is for complaints only! What does is sound like I am doing, taking time out from work to chat to you! Just close down my damn account , you people are hopeless.
