Horrible customer service

A horrible banking experience don’t expect to get a human response from them. Recently dealt with a ***** case where the company debited 50 000 on my credit card and I was unable to get the money back. ********s in Suits *****ing money from people. The customer service is poor spoke to a manager or representative of the company and was like speaking with an illiterate. Please do a better job at training the people that work for the company.
