Horrible client experience Bonolo

Worst possible service ever. I have had calls dropped on me by customer service agents, have been given several reference numbers. Have been told the manager will get back to me and no one ever gets back to you. The last interaction i had with the agent Bonolo was the worst ever and led me to write this review. She dropped the line on me and completely ignored my request. As someone who works for a competitive bank, i can assure discovery will never come close. I will use all the resources at my employer to encourage the downfall of discovery.
