Horrible bank

Absolutely disgusting service!! Reported ***** last week sent all required information to update my bank account details, have not heard a thing back so disappointed!! I tried calling got thru to a rude guy who just passed me over to another line 5mins gone the line went silent and cut-off.. tried calling again multiple times your stupid automated voice system keeps telling me to accept an in app notification I flipping can't my account is locked!! I needed sort out I can't speak to a human I am so disappointed and disgusted with the horrible service and stupid phone line systems!!! I can't use my money I'm.stuck with nothing I need my account to sort out I need my money I can't do anything even my cards are blocked... sort my issue out i need to get on with life but I can't cause I can't access my money it is stuck with yall!!! Absolutely disgusted
