Horrible and Pathetic Customer Service

My wife convinced me to join Discovery Bank, Life as well as Vitality and they have been nothing short of a disappointment. I have called them more than 5 times and I'm on the call for an hour with them most of the time. All the times I have called they let me know that I should just go to the gym and activate it but the gym gets an error from Vitality and it seems like no one from discovery can sort this out. I deeply regret joining Discovery. I did not even get the referral fee that was promised, neither did my wife. I would discourage people from joining discovery as their customer service is appalling and basically non existent.
