Hopeless Discovery Card - lose your licence!

I have had a dispute ref since last September - you just hear nothing. It is disgusting that you have to telephone them and they do not answer. It used to take 13.5 minutes to get an answer and now they admit they have less staff so NO answer. I really question how they can maintain their banking licence - it should be removed!
