Home Loan Disaster

After been very excited and waiting a long time for the Home Loan option to become available, my attempt at refinancing a pre-existing bond has failed with zero explanation for a second time. First time round the consultant assigned to my application was almost impossible to reach, no response to emails or telephonic messages left. This time I received a call once enquiring for further info, then nothing. Simple closed.
