High Interest
This is now the third month that I have been complaining about being charged a high interest. I used to be charged R350 for interest and the amount has since doubled which makes no sense as the repo rate has decreased.
I received a call from a consultant on 15 May 2020 and was assured that an investigation will be conducted. To date, I still haven't heard anything
