Handed over
<p>I have a zero limt credit card, which technically makes it a debit card. Without any notice my account has been handed over for collection. Never heard about this in my entire life...!!! Discovery is quick to phone you to sell you policies, but cannot phone you to discuss an overdue debit card...???</p>
