Good app, some crucial functions still lacking.
I have just opened my account and I am happy with the efficiency of the service so far, but there are a few crucial functions still lacking:
1. The authorized user function is not implemented yet (despite being in their terms and conditions). This is the biggest issue for me, as I would like my fiancee to have access to our transactional account as well as the savings account.
2. Cannot buy prepaid electricity or airtime on the app.
Once these functions are live, I will upgrade my rating.

We are working on launching Family Banking in the near future, this will have the option on what access you want to give your fiancée.
We frequently update our app with more functionality and features.
