Giving up on discovery card

I am trying to subscribe to the Apple Watch @ discovery's website however it requires a Credit Card limit of R10000. I have app**** and its been approved in December but after numerous emails and promises from Discovery I had to re-apply, its approved again but still no limit increase.<br> <br> Is discovery another Telkom in the making?
