Give me my money

I spoke with an investigator that told me to submit my affidavit for my account to be opened and I lost my phone after that,i submitted the affidavit along with proof of what we spoke about twice and also called to get ahold of the investigator but he wasn't available. Today im calling in coz its been along time after I've sent the affidavit only to be told that he concluded by closing my account just coz they have same surnames doesnt make it fair,why concluded without getting both sides of the story. The are fair banks out there so open my account and let me take my money please....im so disappointed with this bank and when people use it to try and **** traders they still take ****mers side. Not a bank to recommend shame join at your own risk
