Fustrating Refund Delay - Pending Transaction 7days!!!

I am extremely fustrated wiith the delaiy in processing my refund its been 7days since the transaction was initiated and still stuck under pending transactions. I I need clear explanation and better service communication as for this delay as this is a critical transaction
