Funds disappeared off my account
Direct deposited funds into my account from Absa bank. Received sms notification of receipt of funds from Discovery bank. Following morning funds disappeared, I called the call centre 3 times, they promised to call me back instead they sent me a bank statement which I already have. I need my money Discovery bank.

03 Aug 2022, 12:30That’s not correct at all. I had a positive balance of R2300 before the san and Uber transactions. Which did not come anywhere near R2000. I then deposited R2000 on the 20th July, bare in mind I did have a positive balance in my account. When I woke up the following day of the 21st July my account was sitting on Zero. I will not accept this answer I’m sorry.

03 Aug 2022, 12:39In fact the very following morning of the 21st July I called your call centre to enquire about the funds. Your call agent did also acknowledge that something was strange as she could see funds coming in and could not track where they had suddenly disappeared to.
