Full Closure of Credit Facility.

Dear Peter,<br> <br> Via your social networking platform I would like to lay again a complaint regarding Discovery Credit Card division. After several request for my last three months statements I finally got a response but not according to my specific request. I was sent a whole history of my statements from my inception with Discovery credit card and learnt through other channels that I might by charged for each individual statement that could lead to a exuberant amount of fees to be payed out to Discovery which is in severe contrast to my initial requests. After receiving documentation from Discovery that would facilitate the closure of my credit card account I immediately completed the form accordingly and scanned and e-mailed it to the appropriate department. No response have been received in any form regarding this documentation. I would also like to point out that the payment format which Discovery is implying ill not be used by us, their instructions are that we should EFT the settlement amount to them directly and supply them with the banking details from where the payment will be made, due to past suspicions the disclosure of this banking details will not be provided.
