Frustrating to get a credit card closed

Its so frustrating. Its taking me weeks to close off my credit card. Everytime, l have to call Discovery, l am told there is a form to be completed. I have now completed all forms, and still, the credit card has not been closed. This is not the service l was expecting from Discovery.
