Frozen card

So I app**** for a discovery card. When the card is delivered the dilivery guy takes 2 documents with him. A copy of your ID and a copy of your proof of address. So I start using the card. Guys what 3 days after I got the card the card is frozen I am at n fuel station and cant pay for fuel. Nice! So I phone discovery, they tell me the card is not FICA'd. So why did I bother giving the documents to the courier? These documents are used to FICA the account. So 2 days later and I still had no response from Discovery as promised. And I still cant use my card. This is unacceptable.
