FROZEN ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE

Dear Discovery/FNB.<br> <br> Today you made me look like a *********!<br> I poured R100 fueled at BP and my card gets declined on the spot for missing documentation.This is after I gave the courier a copy of my new smart ID and Home loan documents from august. My card then worked all the time until i poured fuel at BP. Please be advised my next step is to close all my accounts with discovery/fnb and move to nedbank. I have never thought I would be accused of trying to ***** fuel at a filling station. I sit here stranded as we speak, Thank You very much fnb discovery.
