Frozen Account 11 Days still no feedback ***?

I'm really ****ed off, my account was frozen on the 12th May 2024, I made contact that same day to no avail. Going on 11 days now and still my account is frozen. I have Emailed, Msg on their FB page, called... And still My Account is FROZEN.. Im unemployed so I receive the SRD Grant paid into my Discovery Bank Account - I have received my SRD April Payment on the 13/05/24 and again my SRD May payment today 23/05/24. I have no way of accessing this money, and Im a single mom with 2 small girls. I need this BS sorted ASAP. I have noticed that lots of clients are on the same boat as me regarding their bank account being Frozen/Locked/Paused. I'm really disappointed with Discovery Bank,as I have been a client since 2020. Issues like this is the reason why some people do not trust Banks and what they represent. If my account is not unfrozen by the end of business today, I'll have no other choice but to get Legal Advice regarding this matter.
